In Vegetarian Gourmet Uncooking, you’ll learn to create healthy food the easy way using creative techniques to make vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and sprouts exciting. The theme for this class is “Flavours of Arabia”, where you’ll get hands-on making appetizing dishes such as Babaganoush, Fattoush, Charmoula, Moroccan Vegetable Tagine, Chickpea Pilau and Halva.
Over three hours you’ll:
* Learn the principles of making super healthy plant-based food,
* Receive an extensive workbook with information,
* Create recipes hands on the class, and receive more recipes to try at home,
* Receive tools and information to get you started.

Through drinking freshly made fruit and vegetable juices, your body receives bountiful nutrients in a form that's absorbed quickly and requires little digestive energy. This fills you up on enzymes and the most nutrition, so you'll be on your way to radiant health!
In this workshop you’ll get hands-on with your own juicer, learning what fruits and vegetables can be matched for optimum nutrition and to assist particular ailments, such as arthritis. You will also learn about the different types of juicers available, and which ones deliver better juices with more of the good stuff in them!
What do you get with your registration fee? An extensive workbook with information about juicing for health, the benefits of raw fruits and vegetables in your diet, juicer information and feature comparison, and recipes! On the day, you'll get to use your own juicer and have a selection of organic (where possible) fruit and vegetabes to make your juicers.
